Pointed pumps: what to wear them with (now)

The number one way to rock a pair of classic pointed stiletto pumps for fall is with a pair of skinny cropped pants. It’s no coincidence that most of the cropped jeans we saw on the fall runways were paired with pointed pumps: it’s an instant refresh to a casual look.

For an elegant take (especially if you happen to have a tall, straight figure) pair them with a below-the-knee length pencil skirt and peplum jacket. An hourglass figure can work them with a full skirted silhouette and cinched in waist – ’50s style.

Of course a little androgyny is ideal for indulging in his fall. Slip on a particularly sharp pair of pointed, high heeled pumps as a feminine touch to a tailored suit.
